Take a pound of good quality tea. Place it in a clean tea towel pour a Birko Bottle warmer full of boiling water over it  in a galley teapot. Leave to soak for half an hour.  Remove the tea towel making sure to squeeze all of the moisture out of it into the galley teapot.

Place two or three table spoons of the essence into a serving tea pot and top with boiling water.

Serves at least 136 cups of tea.
